Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the SquireGallery Website or placing an order. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

Article 1 – Definitions

1.1 SquireGallery: the business offering Products to consumers through its online store.

1.2 Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

1.3 Product: any item offered by SquireGallery, including art prints and other wall décor.

1.4 Agreement: the purchase agreement concluded between SquireGallery and the Consumer through the online store.

1.5 Online Store: the SquireGallery online store at www.squiregallery.com.

1.6 Cooling-off Period: the statutory period during which the Consumer may exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

1.7 Right of Withdrawal: the Consumer's statutory right to withdraw from the Agreement without giving a reason during the Cooling-off Period.

1.8 Day: calendar day.

1.9 Durable Medium: any tool enabling information to be stored and consulted unchanged at a later date.

1.10 Terms & Conditions: these Terms & Conditions of SquireGallery.

Article 3 – Applicability

3.1 These Terms apply to every offer made by SquireGallery and every Agreement concluded through the Online Store.

3.2 These Terms are made available electronically before the Agreement is concluded so that the Consumer can store and consult them later.

3.3 By placing an order, the Consumer confirms acceptance of these Terms, insofar as permitted by law.

3.4 If any provision becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.

3.5 Invalid provisions shall be replaced by provisions that most closely reflect their original purpose.

3.6 Mandatory consumer protection laws always prevail over conflicting provisions.

Article 4 – The Offer

4.1 SquireGallery presents its Products as clearly and completely as reasonably possible.

4.2 Product information may include:

• Product characteristics;

• Available sizes;

• Available variants;

• Price including VAT;

• Shipping costs;

• Payment methods;

• Estimated delivery time;

• Information regarding the Right of Withdrawal.

4.3 Colours may differ slightly due to differences between screens and printed Products.

4.4 Lifestyle images and mock-ups are intended to provide a realistic impression of how a Product may appear in an interior setting. Furniture, frames, accessories and styling shown are for illustrative purposes only unless otherwise stated.

4.5 Obvious pricing, typographical or clerical errors are not binding.

4.6 Limited-time offers will clearly state their conditions.

4.7 All Products are subject to availability. If a Product cannot be supplied after an order has been placed, the Consumer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and any payment already received will be refunded.

Article 5 – The Agreement

5.1 The Agreement is concluded once the Consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the applicable conditions.

5.2 An electronic order confirmation will be sent after the order is placed.

5.3 SquireGallery reserves the right to refuse an order for valid reasons, including Product unavailability, obvious pricing errors or suspected misuse.

5.4 If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment already received will be refunded.

5.5 Order details are stored electronically.

5.6 Products are intended for end consumers. SquireGallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where there are reasonable indications that Products are being purchased for commercial resale.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

6.1 When purchasing a standard Product, the Consumer has a statutory 14-day Right of Withdrawal after receiving the Product.

6.2 The Cooling-off Period begins the day after delivery.

6.3 The Consumer is not required to provide a reason.

6.4 Withdrawal may be communicated by email or any other legally permitted method.

6.5 The Product must be returned within 14 days after notifying SquireGallery.

6.6 During the Cooling-off Period, the Consumer may only handle the Product as they would in a physical store.

6.7 Any reduction in value resulting from excessive handling is the Consumer's responsibility.

6.8 This does not affect statutory rights concerning damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered Products.

Article 7 – Returns and Refunds

7.1 Return shipping costs are generally borne by the Consumer unless the law provides otherwise.

7.2 SquireGallery refunds the purchase price, including the cheapest standard delivery option.

7.3 Additional shipping costs for premium delivery options will not be refunded.

7.4 Refunds will be processed within the statutory period. SquireGallery may wait until the returned Product has been received or sufficient proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

7.5 Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method.

7.6 Production costs paid to a production partner do not limit the Consumer's statutory Right of Withdrawal.

7.7 No separate internal production costs will be charged when a valid withdrawal is exercised.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

8.1 The Right of Withdrawal may only be excluded where permitted by law.

8.2 Examples include Products that are:

• made according to the Consumer's specifications;

• clearly personalised;

• unsuitable for return by their nature;

• subject to another statutory exception.

8.3 A standard art print from SquireGallery's regular collection is not considered personalised solely because it is produced through a print-on-demand production partner after purchase.

Article 9 – International Returns Outside the European Union

9.1 Consumers whose orders are delivered outside the European Union receive a voluntary 30-day return period in addition to any applicable statutory rights.

9.2 Returns must first be approved by SquireGallery.

9.3 The correct return address will be provided after approval.

9.4 Return shipping costs are the Consumer's responsibility unless applicable law states otherwise.

9.5 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

9.6 Sale items purchased outside the European Union are excluded from the voluntary return policy unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

9.7 Any import duties and customs charges arising during the return are the Consumer's responsibility.

9.8 International returns should, where applicable, be declared as "RETURNED GOODS" or "Returned Merchandise" on the customs declaration form (CN22/CN23). Where possible, include the original order number and a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

9.9 If the carrier requires additional customs information, the Consumer is responsible for completing it correctly.

9.10 These voluntary return conditions do not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Article 10 – Prices

10.1 All prices include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

10.2 Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

10.3 Price changes do not affect completed Agreements.

10.4 Obvious pricing errors are not binding where they should reasonably have been recognised as errors.

Article 11 – Product Quality, Conformity and Statutory Warranty

11.1 Products will conform to the Agreement and the reasonable expectations of the Consumer.

11.2 All Products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty.

11.3 Damage or defects should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

11.4 Where a complaint is valid, SquireGallery will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, repair where possible, or a refund.

11.5 Products should be used normally and with reasonable care.

11.6 Damage resulting solely from improper use is not SquireGallery's responsibility.

Article 12 – Production and Delivery

12.1 SquireGallery works with professional production and fulfilment partners.

12.2 The Agreement is concluded with SquireGallery.

12.3 Products are produced on demand (print-on-demand).

12.4 Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 3–5 business days

• Europe: 4–7 business days

• United Kingdom: 4–7 business days

• United States: 5–8 business days

• Rest of the World: 7–14 business days

12.5 Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

12.6 Where available, Track & Trace information will be provided.

12.7 Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

12.8 The Consumer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. SquireGallery is not liable for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

12.9 Orders containing multiple Products may be produced at different production locations and may therefore arrive in separate shipments without additional shipping costs where applicable.

12.10 If delivery cannot take place within the statutory or agreed period, the Consumer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

12.11 If delivery becomes permanently impossible, the Consumer retains all statutory rights.

12.12 The risk of loss or damage remains with SquireGallery until the Product has been delivered.

Article 12A – Force Majeure

12A.1 SquireGallery is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations where this results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12A.2 Such circumstances may include:

• carrier disruptions;

• customs delays;

• strikes;

• extreme weather;

• technical failures;

• supplier interruptions;

• power outages;

• other unforeseen events beyond SquireGallery's reasonable control.

12A.3 In the event of a substantial delay, the Consumer retains all statutory rights available under applicable law.

Article 13 – Payment

13.1 Payment may be made using the payment methods available during checkout.

13.2 Orders are processed after successful payment.

13.3 Any inaccuracies in payment information should be reported promptly.

13.4 SquireGallery may suspend order processing where payment has not been received correctly.

Article 14 – Cancellation Before Production

14.1 Orders cannot be cancelled without limitation outside statutory rights.

14.2 The Consumer may contact SquireGallery immediately after placing an order to request cancellation.

14.3 Once production has started, changes to the delivery address, Product, size or quantity may no longer be possible. SquireGallery will assess requests received before production begins.

14.4 This does not limit the Consumer's statutory Right of Withdrawal.

Article 15 – Complaints

15.1 SquireGallery aims to resolve complaints promptly.

15.2 Complaints may be submitted via info@squiregallery.com.

15.3 Complaints should be described as clearly as possible.

15.4 SquireGallery aims to respond within 14 calendar days.

15.5 Complaints do not affect statutory rights.

15.6 Where a complaint is valid, an appropriate solution such as replacement or a refund will be provided.

15.7 When reporting damage or incorrect delivery, Consumers are encouraged to include photographs of the Product, packaging and shipping label.

Article 16 – Intellectual Property

16.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the Website, texts, images, designs, illustrations, logos and other content belong to SquireGallery or its licensors.

16.2 Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission unless permitted by law.

16.3 Purchasing a Product does not transfer intellectual property rights.

16.4 Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Article 16A – Website Use

16A.1 The Website may only be used for lawful purposes.

16A.2 Users may not interfere with the operation or security of the Website, including by introducing malicious software, attempting unauthorised access or using automated tools that disrupt the Website.

16A.3 These restrictions do not affect mandatory legal rights.

Article 17 – Customer Reviews

17.1 Consumers may submit reviews about purchased Products.

17.2 By submitting a review, the Consumer grants SquireGallery permission to display the review, including the submitted first name or initials, on the Website and SquireGallery's marketing channels.

17.3 SquireGallery reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that are unlawful, offensive, misleading, fraudulent or unrelated to the Product.

Article 18 – Disputes

18.1 These Agreements are governed by Dutch law, insofar as permitted under applicable consumer law.

18.2 Consumers residing outside the Netherlands retain any mandatory consumer protection available under the laws of their country of residence.

18.3 Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

18.4 If no resolution can be reached, all statutory dispute resolution options remain available.

Article 19 – Changes to these Terms

19.1 SquireGallery may amend these Terms where there is a reasonable basis for doing so.

19.2 Existing Agreements remain governed by the version applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

19.3 The latest version will always be published on the Website.

Article 20 – Final Provisions

20.1 If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.

20.2 Mandatory consumer rights cannot be limited by these Terms.

20.3 These Terms apply to all standard orders placed through the SquireGallery Online Store unless different terms are expressly stated for a specific Product and are legally permitted.
